Dealing with both @googlenest@twitter.com and @alexa99@twitter.com reminds me why I chose a career in quality.

It’s endlessly upsetting to excitedly buy a device and service that is supposed to tangibly improve your life but ends up being a toy, adding frustration.

I enjoy making products better.

@googlenest@twitter.com @alexa99@twitter.com While both services do some things well, the recursive ecosystem integrations that occur when integrating multiple automation systems as happens in heterogeneous homes is a huge use case that requires testing. Google’s recent Nest cam/Wink API access issue is a minor example.
